My journey in the mortgage industry was fueled by the desire to help families throughout their lives. The heart of any community lies in its people, and that's what I appreciate about the north Florida and south Georgia regions I serve. When it comes to loans, my specialization is understanding my borrowers and tailoring solutions to their unique needs. I find immense satisfaction in assisting Veterans and using renovation loan programs to restore and enhance homes, thus contributing to the betterment of our community.

I dedicate time to studying industry reports, subscribe to industry leaders, and challenge traditional viewpoints present in this industry. This keeps me informed about the current environment and empowers me to offer innovative solutions all for my client’s best interests. In today's housing market, I see a blend of opportunities. Low housing inventory and perceived higher interest rates create value in homes for buyers. As rates stabilize demand will rise, putting pressure on prices. I'm uniquely qualified to guide homebuyers through these dynamics, highlighting refinancing and renovation opportunities.

My involvement in the community extends to organizing an annual golf tournament named "The Cup." It's not just a game; it's an opportunity for real estate and business professionals to connect, compete, and give back to our community’s non-profit organizations.

Beyond work, I cherish spending time with my family; and enjoy wrenching on older cars, fishing, and a friendly round of golf.
